Been looking over the forums and best I saw was some unanswered posts about 10 years ago. We're looking to consolidate some accounts that are just hosting calendars for several areas, I can't seem to find any best practices to follow.
- I understand we can use a resource instead of an inbox to share out the calendars? Are there downsides to doing that? Potential issues?
- Is there a limit to how many calendars a single account can host? I've got at least 2 that are hosting around 30 calendars currently.
- I saw an old post saying there's something of a max 5000 items per account, does that include every calendar appointment? Is that still the case?
- We have retention settings on the accounts built into our CoS, I'm not sure if those apply to resources.
