Administrators • View mail issues from admin console when login with IP address , showing site can't be reached.

Recently i have installed my Zimbra mail server, i have installed ssl certificate . I am facing error when i am login with the server URL: https://10.102.30.236:7071/zimbraAdmin/ and trying to view mail it is opening another tab with below URL

http://10.102.30.236/service/preauth?au ... nPreAuth=1

and getting error:

This site can’t be reached
10.102.30.236 refused to connect

But when i have add https manually it's working fine.
https://10.102.30.236/mail?adminPreAuth=1#1

I have try with may domain like https://mail.example.com:7071/zimbraAdmin/ and try it is working fine
